Prof. Dr. Barış Çoban Served as an Invited Speaker at the 2nd ICEEDT Conference in Japan

Prof. Dr. Barış Çoban, a faculty member of our University’s Department of Communication Sciences, participated as an invited speaker at the 2nd International Conference on Education, Engineering and Digital Transformation (ICEEDT), held in Sapporo, Japan.

As part of the conference program, he also co-presented- together with Prof. Dr. Charlène Clonts- the paper entitled “Alternative Journalism in the Digital Age: Safety and Well-being as the Cornerstone of Resilient Journalism Practice.” The presentation examined how the themes of safety and well-being constitute a foundational basis for resilient journalism practices within alternative journalism in the digital age.
